Vegan Breakfast Bowl


I’ve been obsessed with almond butter and jam over apples lately as a light snack, but for breakfast I like to take it up a notch by adding dairy-free, sugar-free yogurt mixed with protein + fiber to make it substantial and filling. Culina yogurt has been a favorite lately, and we're partial to their plain + simple, unsweetened flavor (tangy, full fat + delicious!).


Serves 1

1 apple, sliced

1 tbs. almond butter

Jam to drizzle (I love Wildberry Bon Maman)

1 5-oz jar of @culina plain + simple yogurt

1 scoop of your favorite vegan vanilla protein powder (you could also use collagen)

1/2 tbs. ground flax seeds

Cinnamon to taste


Mix yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon + flax seeds together until well combined in a small bowl. Top with sliced apples and slowly drizzle almond butter + jam over apples. Sprinkle with some more cinnamon. Enjoy!
