One-Pan Paleo Stir Fry


An easy paleo and whole30 approved stir fry using only one pan, this is the perfect meal to make after a long day. Bonus - it takes less than 30 minutes!


Serves 4

1 TBSP butter

3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

10 oz green beans, cut into bite sized pieces

1 lb ground turkey breast

1 lb mini heirloom tomatoes, cut in half

1 TBSP tomato paste

1/4 C. almonds, roughly chopped (toasted, optional)

1/4 basil, finely chopped

Salt + pepper to taste

Splash of coconut aminos


Heat butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Once warm, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 4 minutes. Add green beans and continue to cook over medium heat, about 10 minutes, until almost tender. Season with salt, pepper, tomato paste and a splash of coconut aminos. Add ground turkey and cook until brown. Once they turkey is browned, add the tomatoes and cook until tomatoes start to burst. Add half of the chopped basil and stir in, cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the rest of the basil as well as the chopped almonds. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
